I spent over two decades leading and growing teams in the brand experience and agency world, ultimately working at Managing Director level. My expertise is in strategic growth, brand positioning, marketing strategy, and helping founders step into their CEO role with confidence. After moving into consulting, I realised something glaring: the support structures for female service-based business owners were fundamentally broken.

 

When we first met, we didn't stop talking - about our values, our approach to business, our ambitions, what we wanted to change, our kids. The similarities just kept stacking up. We both felt strongly about the same thing: supporting women at every stage of growth. Solo founders who need connection and practical resources. Scaling founders who need strategic support from women who've been there and done it.

Over time, conversations became collaborations. Ideas became projects. Until we thought: "We want to do this together. Not on our own. We want the same things. The same outcome."
